Following the direction set forth by the governors of Nevada and Maryland we have suspended operations at all of our locations in Nevada until April 17 and Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland until the state of emergency has been lifted. Are your properties closed?
Yes, all of our hotels, casinos and taverns are temporarily closed under state mandate. We will reopen as soon as we are permitted.

When will your properties reopen?

We will reopen as soon as permitted so that the hardworking team members of Golden Entertainment can get back to providing unforgettable experiences for our valued guests. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation. Thank you for your continued trust in Golden Entertainment and we look forward to hosting you soon at one of our hotels, casinos or taverns.

Our hotels, casinos and taverns will reopen at various dates, in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Our Nevada hotels, casinos and taverns will be closed through at least April 16, 2020. 

Reopening dates are subject to change, please check back often for updates and the latest information. 

I have a reservation before April 16, 2020, what do I need to do?
All reservations during this period have been processed as cancellations and you receive a full refund. 

When can I re-book a reservation? When will you reopen?
We are currently accepting reservations starting April 17, 2020. Because the safety and well-being of our guests and our team members is our top priority, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates with any changes.

I purchased a ticket for a show, event or attraction prior to April 16, what should I do?
For all shows, events and attractions booked prior to April 17 please contact your point of purchase for a refund and additional information. 

The STRAT - Cancellations and refunds have been processed through April 16 for the following: Celestia, SkyPod Observation Deck, Thrill Rides and SkyJump.

Laughlin Event Center - For shows that have been cancelled, refunds have been processed. For shows that have been rescheduled, if you would like to request a refund, please contact your point of sale.
